Policies

ORDERING: Opening orders are $600.00. There is a $300.00 minimum re-order. All orders must be in writing (email or fax) and in quantities as stated on the price list. An authorized buyer must sign the purchase order. All orders are subject to acceptance -- all changes must also be in writing.
SHIPMENTS: Order will be shipped F.O.B San Diego, California at the price in effect at the time of shipment. Our policy is to ship all orders complete, in the event of a stock shortage, partial shipments will be made unless otherwise requested. 
PAYMENT TERMS: All custom, special, and/or handmade orders must be pre-paid. We accept company checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express. Prices are subject to change without notice. All handmade merchandise or custom made orders (including Laguiole, table linens, lamps and lamp shades) may take several weeks to produce and will be honored in due time. Custom made items including but not limited to: Laguiole, table linens, lamp, and lamp shade orders require full payment 4-6 weeks before delivery and you will be shipped and charged with no cancellations or refunds.
RETURNED GOODS POLICIES: For all other (non-custom or non-special ordered) items, claims must be made in writing within 72 hours from receipt of the merchandise. Claims may be e-mailed, mailed or faxed to La Maisonnette. Merchandise refused or returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charge. All returns require prior approval by La Maisonnette.
