Policies
ORDERING: The opening order is $800.00. There is a $200.00 minimum reorder; all orders must be in quantities as stated in the price list. An authorized buyer must sign the purchase order all orders are subject to acceptance
SHIPMENTS: Order will be shippped F.O.B San Diego California at the price in effect at the time of shipment. Our policy is to ship all orders complete, in the event of a stock shortage, partial shipments will be made unless otherwise requested.
PAYMENT TERMS: All orders must be prepaid. We accept company check, Visa, Master Card, American Express. Prices are subject to change without notice. All Hand made merchandise or custom made orders will be honored in due time. Custom made lamp orders require full payment 4-6 weeks before delivery and you will be shipped and charged with no refund. Prices are subject to change.
RETURNED GOODS POLICIES: Claims must be made in writing within 72 hours from reception of the merchandise. Claims must be mailed or faxed to La Maisonnette. Merchandise refused or returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee pluse shipping charge. All returns require prior approval by La Maisonnette.
